"Fifteen years ago, Chuck Woodring and his daughter Kathy Mestnik, provided Christmas for four families. Today, they give toys to more than fifteen hundred kids! They call their project "Chucks Kids." They no longer do it by themselves, they've got more than 200 volunteer elves.
